The West Wales ECO Centre is Pembrokeshire's leading energy and environment attraction, committed to promoting issues surrounding energy, the environment and sustainability in an innovative and interesting way.

The ECO Centre is a registered charity, and has a long history of work in the community. It works towards the advancement of public education in all aspects of energy conservation and energy use, and in matters relating to the environment.

The ECO Centre practically demonstrates energy efficiency measures and small-scale renewable energy applications. It includes an ECO House which visitors are free to explore, a resource library and an energy efficiency advice service with free phone enquiry line 0800 512012.

The Centre also contains a rainwater recycling system and the smallest grid linked solar electric power station in the UK. This system contributes towards powering computer equipment and lighting within the ECO House.

The visitor centre offers a wealth of information about energy related environmental issues with displays and models, resource material and IT equipment. The resource library is used extensively by local students and individuals as well as by staff, who deal with thousands of inquiries every year.
